I love what I do for a living! I have the privilege of walking with people through chaos, change, uncertainty, ambiguity, joy, sadness, anxiety or any other time of discovery life might bring. My greatest joy is seeing people find hope, make meaningful changes in their lives, and simply live a better life. I have worked in many different settings as a therapist including hospitals, community mental health centers, a homeless shelter, and in private practice.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and very structured. I believe in working together to achieve the goals you desire in therapy. My goal as a therapist is to create the safest place possible so you can find a greater sense of purpose, meaning, wholeness and healing.

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, Post traumatic Stress Disorder, moral injury, and couples. I draw from multiple therapy methods to include Psychodynamic, Ego State Therapy, EMDR, and Family Systems Theory. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#LF60701261), a Mental Health Professional, and an approved supervisor in Washington State. I have a Masters in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary, and a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. Additionally, I belong to the following professional organizations: WMHCA (Washington Mental Health Counselors Association, and EMDRIA (EMDR Therapy Professional Association).
